I believe you can get that stuff repaired at either DUTY or Freedom Base, just information technology'south been so long that I can't think. In that location are certain mods that give traders armour and weapon repair kits, though.
yea same here been then long since I played vanilla I don't recall, I'm playing stalkersoup currently and information technology has a repair kit in the inventory, and I can salve guns and armor I discover for parts

In Vanilla you lot tin't repair weapons. Repairing armor is tricky only non too difficult once you accomplish the late game. For weapons I'd but recommend getting a mini-mod the only makes weapons non degrade. I only apply such a mod for unique weapons, as non-unique weapons are easily replaceable. Every bit for armor, what you should exercise is collect battery artifacts which provide +30% resistance against chemical harm, electric damage, fire damage, or autumn harm. Once you have four of those (+120% resistance to a certain type of damage), you go stand in the designated blazon of damage, and instead of pain yous and damaging your armor, it will heal y'all and repair your armor. The best to collect are the flame batteries since there are burn anomalies, and simple fireplaces everywhere for you to make repairs.
Just dont' fix them at all, gives more realism and difficulty.

Well if y'all think nearly it, fixing stuff in post apocalyptic (non sure is information technology spelled right) might not exist as easy as not apocalyptic place.

Havin trouble finding a place to fix up my stuff.
In the vanilla game you tin can't repair the armor by going to someone,but yous can actually repair it with a glitch,if you get iv battery artifacts you can actually step and stay on an electro bibelot,it will repair your armor
